Denis Santachiara the Designer
Denis Santachiara the DesignerBorn in 1950 in Campagnola, Reggio Emilia. He began his career in 1966 as a designer at the Fiat Style Center.
He creates design objects of high technology and artificial density, exhibited in solo and group exhibitions also at the Venice Biennale in 1980 and the Grand Palais in Paris.
He has organized numerous exhibitions including “La Neomerce” at the Milan Triennale in 1985 and at the Center Pompidou in Paris. He oversaw the “New Persona” setting for the 1996/97 Florence Biennale. He has collaborated with Baleri Italia since 1995 and is the author of highly successful ironic and poetic projects such as Mama, Tato and Celine.
