Flora-G is a radiator model inspired by the classics that we could find inside period and historical buildings.

Thanks to its classic but at the same time clean shape, it is ideal for the reconstruction / renovation of heating systems in old and valuable buildings.

It is a very elegant, refined and very luxurious radiator.

This model is only available in 64 cm height.

Imposing and important in form and current in technology.

As for the other lines, the available finishes are varied: from classic gray to refined white, passing through gold, bronze and black with gold details and much more including ral colors.

This radiator is also related to its brass valve and holder relevant to the era.

The production is carried out with a very high quality standard and the heaters are all thoroughly tested before being delivered.

They are made one at a time in casting and tested in water to check for any possible air leaks.

They are then packed in wooden crates, palletized and delivered.

Heating is an art and Flora-G is a range of heaters that are versatile in size and absolutely elegant in finishes.

Compared to other products on the market, Flora-G Liberty Line of Cast Iron Radiators has a unique and inimitable quality / price ratio.

The radiator is supplied in combination with the style holder and valve and made of brass.

It is a series of high-end radiators, long-lasting and of the highest construction and aesthetic quality, made with the most modern casting technologies on the market today.

The Flora-G line of radiators is also available in an electric version.

The appliance with immersion electric resistance allows the connection of the radiator to a wall socket.

Therefore, the operation of the heating body is independent of a conventional heating system.

The heating elements used are incorporated in the lower hub of the radiator.

The cast iron radiator is factory filled with a water-glycol mixture and tested for functional reasons.

PTC controlled heating resistors are used, which are very durable and robust, as the power of the electrical heating resistor adjusts automatically by increasing the resistance during heating.

The possible electrical performances of the various heaters can be viewed on the individual products.

The output varies depending on the product from 500 to 2000 watts.

N.B: The cast iron radiators in the electric version are equipped with immersion resistance without plugs.

The immersion heater cable is white and 1.5m long. Other electrical powers on request.

Why a cast iron radiator?

Cast iron is a ferrous alloy consisting mainly of iron and carbon, obtained by hot reduction of iron ores.

It is not a malleable or malleable material, but it has excellent fusibility at moderate temperatures.

Over the years it has become a reference material in the thermo-sanitary world and in this case in the world of heating, becoming the radiator par excellence.

Cast iron is an alloy with a composition practically identical to steel, but with a high percentage of carbon, which gives it greater hardness and a lower thermal expansion coefficient.

This fundamental characteristic of cast iron, added to a lubricating effect of carbon, makes it suitable for combinations where there are variations in temperature.

For this reason, cast iron has been used for many years in the construction through the fusion of radiators.

In fact, the production process of these Liberty heaters is as interesting as it is fascinating.

The presence of carbon in large quantities also plays a significant anti-rust function.

Here are some of the fundamental characteristics of this material:

• wear resistance;
• ductile and easily workable with machine tools;
• possibility of creating very complex shapes and worked by simple casting;
• excellent fusibility
• hardness

These radiators are made of cast iron and are very heavy.

We recommend to lift them in more people and to take care of their handling.

They are packed one by one in a wooden box and the delivery is also done on pallets.

These radiators are hand finished and normally take 4 weeks from order.

Quality control is also a time-consuming process and is done for any radiator.
