Hannes Wettstein
Hannes WettsteinBorn in 1958 in Ascona, Switzerland, he lives and works in Zurich.
His work is mainly oriented towards product design and interior architecture.
He creates fashion and furniture showrooms, collective spaces, hotels, installations, offices, in Switzerland and abroad. He designs and manufactures furniture and accessories in limited collections for some Swiss industries.
He designs furniture, lamps, watches, glasses, carpets, handles, bicycles. He began his collaboration with Baleri Italia in 1985 and signed many successful pieces for the company.
Hannes Wettstein passed away at the age of 50 in July 2008.
